D.J. tries to help put Max back in the Christmas spirit 'Fuller Style' by putting on a "Fuller Family Holiday Extravaganza". Jackson and Ramona bring in a large curtain, that Tommy and Jimmy emerge from.

D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy Jr., Fernando and Jimmy watch a home movie on the computer of a younger Max, a pregnant D.J. and Tommy Sr. at Christmas with Jackson filming. Jackson admits he misses his dad too. Tommy Sr. receives a phone call from his mother and while no one else is able to hear what was said, Kimmy is shocked and leaves the room. When Kimmy returns she admits that she heard what Tommy said with her super hearing. Tommy wanted to give his kids the best Christmas ever, he bought special presents and hid them in the cabinet above the washer in The Tanner House. Jackson receives a Wii U - which is exactly what he wanted, when they still made them.

While D.J. gives the Christmas Eve speech, Jackson finally receives a text from Rocki. After Jackson and Ramona text Joey that Tommy was afraid of Santa Joey came straight over and Tommy runs to him. Kimmy hears that it's snowing so everyone follows her outside. D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy Jr., Fernando, Steve, Jimmy and Joey play and hug in the snow as it falls.

Big Night - Jackson, Ramona and Jimmy watch The Fault in our Stars. Jackson thinks it's so devastating but at the same time realises he wants true love, commitment, and devotion. He can't do the whole friends-who-make-out thing with Rocki anymore. Ramona convinces Jackson to tell Rocki what he wants. Jackson changes his Facebook status to 'in a relationship' with Rocki and gets likes from Pastor Tim and Grandpa. An angry Rocki arrives after someone Snapchatted her a picture of his Facebook page. Jackson wants to be exclusive, to be her official boyfriend, but Rocki doesn't want to put a label on their relationship. Rocki responds by unfriending Jackson on Facebook where she signed up to just so she could block him. Jackson wants to beg Rocki to take him back but Ramona stands in his way.

Max and Ramona watch Blue Bloods while sitting on top of Jackson so he can't contact Rocki. When Rocki comes back, Jackson stands firm, he gives Rocki an ultimatum; exclusive or nothing. Jackson and Rocki officially become boyfriend and girlfriend.

A Sense of Purpose - With his first college counselling session approaching, Jackson needs skills to put on his high school resume. He decides to do impressions, which he's no good at.

Frustrated that he still hasn't discovered one thing that he is good at, Jackson kicks a football that goes a fair distance. D.J. tells Jackson he just discovered one of his hidden talents. Jackson wants to join the school football team, he pleads with D.J. to let him tryout. When she answers positively, Jackson retrieves the football.

Danny, D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy and Fernando have dinner together in the backyard. Danny announces to everyone that he rented a duplex nearby and will be moving out at the end of the month.

Ghosted - Jackson is the placekicker on the school football team, he never gets dirty which is who no one believes he's really on the team.

When D.J. arrives home after a 45 minute spin class her living room has been transformed by Fernando and Steve into an obstacle course based on American Ninja Warrior. Fernando plays MC, Steve co-host while Jackson, Max and Tommy cheer D.J. on through the course.

No Escape - Jackson want's to attend Ramona's rally to show off his football jersey in public. Max drew some fake blood and had Tommy roll around in the dirt wearing Jackson's jersey so it looked like he had actually played. Cosmo wears Jackson's pants which are still too clean so Max orders him to try the puddle in the backyard.

Jackson couldn't be bothered staying for the whole rally. Ramona takes Jackson's iPad intending to show him her interview with Tom Johnson but instead Jackson is the one shown being interviewed. Ramona is upset with Jackson - who doesn't even understand the issues - for taking credit for her rally.

Max has a reporter from the San Francisco Chronicle on the line who wants to talk to athlete-activist Jackson about the rally. But Jackson can't answer any of the questions without first asking Ramona. He finally hands the phone to Ramona, the real voice of their generation who deserves to be heard.

Angels' Night Out - When D.J., Stephanie and Kimmy plan a girls night out, Joey babysits Jackson, Max and Tommy. The boys plan OGG: Operation Get Gladstone. It was three years ago that Joey ambushed, humiliated and toilet papered them. Step one they lull the victim into complacency - Joey doesn't suspect anything. Step two they use Joey's childlike innocence to lure him into their booby trap - the boys send down a red balloon that Joey follows but doesn't trip the wire. Jackson and Max check it out and get themselves caught in the trap.

Jackson, Max and Tommy succeed in a sneak attack against Joey. The boys stand over a defeated Joey, as he stands he congratulates them for finally getting one over on him. Joey is so impressed that he will clean up while the boys hit the showers.

Jackson and Max come down stairs screaming Joey's name. Joey gave them the old classic dye-in-the-shower prank which turned Jackson and Max purple.

President Fuller - Jackson and Ramona film Max's campaign announcement for class president.

Driving Mr. Jackson - Before Jackson and Ramona head to go to their first high-school party, D.J. sets the rules; home by ten, cell phones on at all times and make good choices.

At the party Jackson and Ramona were hanging out playing video games and then every senior jock showed up with beers and was yelling "yo grab a beer, Golden Toe". The whole football team was chanting "chug, chug, chug" while Ramona was chanting "no, no, no". After Ramona texts her Papa, Fernando drives Ramona and a drunk Jackson home from the party. Jackson puts Fernando in a terrible position when he begs Fernando not to tell his mother he got drunk, he has learned his lesson.

As D.J. and Stephanie help Kimmy remove her shoes, Fernando, Jackson and Ramona arrive but quickly back out the front door before they're seen, so they go around and enter through the back door. As D.J. walks into the kitchen they hide. D.J. gets a drink, when she belches Ramona has to stop herself from laughing. Fernando and Ramona take Jackson up to his room to sleep it off.

Jackson is hangover, he feels like he just got off a Tilt-a-Whirl after eating a churro dipped in clam sauce. Ramona tells Jackson he was really out of control at the party and if she hadn't have dragged him out of there, he would have run around naked. In hindsight Jackson realises he should have just walked away.

Jackson overhears D.J.'s conversation about how she can't trust him (meaning Matt) anymore and thinks she's talking about him so he blurts out the truth. He chugged two beers which is a lot less than everyone else had while Ramona is frantically waving her arms for him to stop speaking and Fernando discreetly leaves the room. D.J. can't believe Jackson was drinking, she is so disappointed in him. This is exactly what D.J. thought when he started hanging out with older football players.

Stephanie explains to Jackson the next time he's hungover, put some sunglasses on, head on down to Denny's and get a pot of coffee. D.J. grounds Jackson for two weeks, no cell phones, no Fortnite (video game), no devices, nothing. He betrayed his mothers trust and it will take a while to earn it back.

Perfect Sons - D.J. cannot teach Jackson how to drive. He is a maniac and they didn't even leave the driveway. When Danny offers to teach him, both D.J. and Jackson mutually decline the idea. When Jackson inquires to Stephanie teaching him how to drive. D.J. rejects that and tells him about the time Stephanie crashed Joey's car in the kitchen. Kimmy can't teach him because she's too pregnant. Fernando is a race-car driver who has been in 8 races so far this season and crashed 8 times. Jackson exaggerates on the number of people living in the house yet none of them can teach him how to drive.

Jackson was doing great until Steve's car broke down. The one mile Jackson actually drove he only hit two garbage cans, he missed the other four. After two hours of Steve trying to fix the car, Jackson texts Matt for help. But when Matt's idea doesn't work Steve asks Matt to step aside, he tightens the battery connection and Jackson managers to turn the engine over. To celebrate Steve is going to cook steaks on the engine while teaching Jackson how to drive.

D.J. is proud of Jackson for driving himself. Jackson thinks Steve is amazing.

Golden-Toe Fuller - Jesse tries to get Tommy and Pamela to sleep when D.J., Jackson, Ramona and Max arrive home cheering because Jackson kicked the winning field goal. His team were down by one and the whole game was riding on Jackson. Now Bayview is going to the playoffs playing archrivals Potrero High. For the first time in two decades Bayview has the chance to make the state championships. The whole team carried Jackson off the field on their shoulders. The Chronicle named Jackson "Player of the Week". Jackson is really worried about letting his team down so he starts limping and lying about it saying he must have twisted it at practice.

When Steve examines Jackson foot, he thinks it's probably just a bruised muscle. The x-rays he took earlier didn't show any fracture. Steve diagnosis means Jackson needs rest and to keep his foot elevated and it could be fine by game time. If Jackson isn't better soon, Steve wants to do an MRI.

When she catches Jackson dancing in the kitchen, Ramona discovers Jackson has been faking his injury the whole time. Everyone got so nuts when he went from not being good able to do anything to being good at kicking a ball. If he had missed the kick he wouldn't be able to show his face at school or at home. Ramona promises not to rat him out but advises Jackson that he should admit his lies because D.J. will find out anyway.

When Jackson reveals the truth to his mother and Steve, D.J. admits she went overboard in her enthusiasm and she apologises for adding to the pressure he was already feeling. Steve tells Jackson he has a talent and he owes it to himself to see how far that talent can take him.

D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy, Fernando, Steve, Jimmy, Pamela and Cosmo are in attendance at the gender reveal party when Jesse arrives with Ben. Bayview lost the football game but it wasn't Jackson's fault.

It's Always Open - Max and Jackson stall Jimmy by explaining the movie 'Inception' and confusing Jimmy until Stephanie arrives.

The Prom - Jackson texts Rocki to come over so he can ask her to the prom. He dresses in a gorilla costume and has a banner reading "I'll go banana's if you'll be my primate prom mate" for his promposal. Jackson also has Tommy dressed in a donut costume holding a sign that reads "Donut say no". Rocki accepts Jackson's promposal, the prom is a big deal for him because he's the only freshman on the football team. Kimmy, Max and Fernando take prom pictures of Jackson, Ramona, Rocki and Casey.

At the prom Jackson and Rocki get their photo taken then Jackson tries to ignore D.J. Jackson and Rocki hang around the football payers. When Brady tells Jackson he doesn't like his date, Jackson starts bad mouthing Rocki and she and Ramona overhear.

Opening Night - Jackson finally convinces Rocki to stop by, he apologises for acting like a jerk at the prom. Jackson was trying to impress a bunch of losers, when the only person he wanted to impress was Rocki. She forgives him. Jackson tries to kiss Rocki but she pushes him away. Rocki can't trust him again, they're still broken up.

Jackson receives a text saying Kimmy's in labour, get to the hospital now. Jackson and Ramona call Rocki to give them a ride since neither of them have a licence or a car and Rocki is the only one of their friends who is old enough to drive.

Stephanie, Jimmy, Fernando, D.J. and Dr. Miller are all in the delivery room as Kimmy gives birth while Jackson, Ramona, Max and Rocki are just outside the room waiting. When listening at the door, Rocki holds Jackson's hand.

Welcome Home, Baby to be Named Later - D.J., Steve, Jackson, Ramona, and Max wait for Stephanie and Jimmy to arrive home from the hospital with their daughter. When Ramona notices someone coming they all gather around the front door ready to welcome the new baby home, when Danny walks in. D.J. hears a car approach so everyone gathers around the front door again when Kimmy and Fernando arrive. Steve hears another car so everyone gathers around the door once more when Stephanie and Jimmy walk in with the newest member of the family.

When Jackson, Ramona, and Max ask Danny where the family's baby-naming gown could be, Danny sends them to the attic. They search through all the nostalgia for the gown. When Jackson comes across Rigby, Max explains it is Aunt Michelle's beloved stuffed rhino. When Ramona inquirers as to how Max knows this information, Max reveals they have eight years of carefully curated home movies - almost like a TV show. Jackson points out the weird things that have been collected over the years, including a Fred Flintstone outfit, a portrait of Fernando, and Uncle Jesse's invention - The Sprat Guard 2001.

Danny, D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy, Fernando, Steve, Jimmy, and the baby attend the baby-naming party. When Ethan recognises Fernando, Jackson realises Fernando really was a race-car driver. Jackson discovers his burrito comes with chips and falls in love.

Ramona has Jackson record a message of her announcing she was hacked and to ignore any random deep likes on old Instagram posts. But she decides against posting it, which is good because Jackson was recording himself the whole time.

Jackson takes Ramona's hacking video idea to the next level. He addresses the audience in a mask calling himself Autonomous. A hacker who deep likes outdated posts.

Moms' Night Out - Jackson tells Rocki that Matt is a super-decent guy. Jackson makes Rocki realise Matt knows nothing about her, or her family. Both Matt and Jackson would like to more. Later Rocki thanks Jackson for helping her. He convinced her to give someone a second chance so she wants to give their relationship a second chance.

Jackson starts to talk to his mother, not knowing it's her, about things he would never tell her. Jackson asks Doombuggy if she'd like to be partners and try to qualify for the Rocket League NorCal Finals. D.J. likes the idea of spending a lot of time online together.

Jackson has been trying to get into it for years.

When D.J. arrives at Oakland Esports Arena for the gaming finals, she tells Jackson that she is Doombuggy. Jackson thought he was gaming with another guy. He is upset that he told her personal stuff. Tommy spits his gum out and it lands in Max's hair. Jackson and Ramona have Max put his hair in a bowl of ice for five minutes to get the gum out but it doesn't work. So they cover the gum with peanut butter and baking soda. Then scrub it out using an old toothbrush. Which doesn't work either. Steve wants them to get ready for D.J.'s birthday surprise.

Max reveals that Ethan and Rocki used to play Dungeons and Dragons together. Rocki admits they were nerds and swore they'd never tell anyone else. Jackson thinks Rocki being into D&D is cool. At the conclusion of the eat-off, everyone is stuffed... except the winner, Ramona, who could eat more after eating a total of seven sandwiches.

D.J. wants (Everything I do) I do it for you, Stephanie wants Purple Rain, and Kimmy wants Rump Shaker. Jackson, Ramona, and Max will be live-streaming the show because they're under 30, and what's the point of doing anything unless it's for public consumption.

The entire game show set was paid for by their corporate sponsors. Max is the host, Ramona is the announcer, and Jackson will be running the cameras: holding the iPad. After Ramona introduces the nearlywed couples, Max asks the guys to step out of the room while he asks the girls a series questions. The girls write down their answers and when the guys return they'll see if the answers match.

Question one: Who was your first celebrity crush? D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy all answer with Joey McIntyre. Steve guesses correctly. Jimmy nervously answers Charles in Charge. Fernando say him. Fernando has an angry outburst, he wants to find and kill Joey McIntyre. Question two: When was the moment that you realised you were in love? Steve correctly answers "nervously doing homework". While Stephanie said Box of Kittens, Jimmy answers Anxiety! Kimmy said Happy Hour at Applebee's while Fernando, still angry at Kimmy's first answer, threatens Joey McIntyre. At the end of round one Jackson, Ramona, and Max present a word from their sponsors: Lattice World.

Round two, it's the guys turn to write the answers down. Question one: What was the first movie you saw as a couple? Stephanie answers correctly with Pitch Perfect 2. Kimmy replies Driving Miss Daisy while Fernando wrote D'Back to the Future. D.J. answers Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves but Steve wrote Paul Blart: Mall Cop. He claims he misheard the question as worst movie instead of first movie. Question two: What celebrity couple do you most resemble? Stephanie answers Blake Sheldon and Gwen Stefani while Jimmy wrote "The country guy and the girl with the blonde hair and the red lipstick". Judge Cosmo barks to indicate that as a correct answer. Kimmy answers Desi and Lucy while Fernando wrote David Beckham and Dosh Spice. D.J. thinks she and Steve are like Kate Middleton and Prince William. Steve wrote Peanut Butter and Jelly. Question three: What's something your partner finds annoying about you? Kimmy answers "Da way she chews" while Fernando wrote "double joined knees". D.J. answers "I'm hyper-competitive and I always want to win". Steve wrote "too many alarm clocks". D.J. discovers Steve is trying to lose on purpose. Stephanie answers her snore is too adorable, while Jimmy wrote nothing because he couldn't think of anything annoying about her. D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy storm off which concludes round two. Jackson, Ramona, and Max do an ad for Uncle Monty’s Sandwich Emporium.

Fernando, Steve, and Jimmy try to think of a way to fix things. D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy are extremely mad at the guys. Max tells the girls the game is a hit. The guys want to make it up to the girls.

Round three is largely improvised. For the final bonus round: a men's only question that they made up. What's something goofy about the ladies the men find adorable? Fernando loves Kimmy unique style and wears one of her infamous outfits including her egg and bacon scarf. He apologises for going overboard, they don't need to win a competition. Steve reveals an "I'm sorry..." banner and a "...because, I love you" banner. Jimmy does the same routine to Love Shack that Stephanie did at the telethon, wearing the same outfit. Everyone decides to make Love Shake the first song the couples will dance to at the wedding. After concluding the livestream, everyone dances.

Something Borrowed - Ramona tells Jackson, Ethan, and Rocki that she, Kimmy, and Fernando will be moving to Palo Alto the following week, after the wedding. Ethan wants to make the long distance relationship thing work. Ramona is glad her family is going to be under one roof.

Jackson has the flu. With the school musical opening the following night, Ramona being his understudy has to do Jackson's part. D.J. is busy with her wedding only a week away so Rocki takes care of Jackson, she can totally pretend to be nurturing. Ramona texts her friends that she's doing the play.

Ramona catches Jackson dancing, he was only pretending to be sick. She thinks it's because he's afraid to do the school musical.
