Janet is Jamaican, she works as a receptionist at the pet clinic. Janet displays open hostility towards D.J., while having admiration for Matt.

Janet leaves work early because she has to take her dog to a (different) vet.

After Janet goes to lunch, Jackson Fuller takes over her duties and gives her the rest of the day off.
A Sense of Purpose[]
Janet shows D.J. Tanner-Fuller discount coupons for 50% off any service that Matt Harmon obviously printed to try and run D.J. out of business.
Driving Mr. Jackson[]
After Matt wins 'Vet of the Year' and hangs a banner in the clinic, Janet rubs salt in the wound by calling D.J. "not vet of the year" and implying she's bitter for not winning. Matt's ego has made him so arrogant he even sexually harasses Janet verbally by calling his employer "love" when asking her to bring a chart to him. Janet doesn't mind because she thinks he's hot. Janet asks D.J. to answer the phones.
DJ's Amazing 40th Birthday Race[]
Steve has planned a girls vs guys Amazing Race themed game called "D.J.'s Amazing Race: Birthday Edition" for D.J.'s 40th birthday. After D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy ride a tandem bike to the vet clinic, Janet reads their next clue. Clue four is to put five pictures of D.J. in chronological order. Fernando, Jimmy, and Matt arrive as Janet gives the girls get their fifth clue. Janet hands the guys clue four.
Steve has set up D.J.'s party in the back yard, including a stage. He thanks Gia and Janet for their help. Gia and Janet each pull out a flask. Gia has a hunch that they're gonna be best friends. Steve gathers everyone around. Steve wanted to make D.J.'s 40th birthday a really special day and give her something that she'd always remember. He pulls a draw-string to make the curtain fall from in front of the stage to reveal "Your Kids on the Block". Jackson, Ramona, Max, Tommy, and Cosmo are on the stage. They dance and lip-sync to Fool me Once.
